Count me in this week with an Eric Ripart adaption of Provencal Vegetable soup. I stole it form Deb's site :-)
Enjoyed this delicious dish thanks to a helpful hint from Shirley at Ever Open Sauce. Thanks Shirley!
Made a variation of a Ripert Watermelon Soup. Really good and refreshing--a cold soup perfect for a humid day!
