I brought a refreshing brussels sprouts salad from Ottolenghi.

A simplified spin on Ottolenghi's fried lima beans with feta, sorrel, and sumac.
Ellie's Penne with Zucchini and Mint. Makes great use of pantry and fresh ingredients. And it's fast!
